Every effort will be made to retain our prices as listed. However, prices are subject to change without prior notice. If a discrepancy arises between our listed price and the actual selling price, you will be notified immediately. We strive to maintain competitive prices in respect to other major distributors. If you find a product advertised for less elsewhere, please notify us, as we will match price. For quantity or distributor discounts, please contact our sales department by phone or email.
Return & Refund Policy
• All exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days of the order date
o Unused/unworn products returned within the 30 days can receive a refund or credit back to the purchasing credit card/account. All approved returns received after that date are subject to an in-house credit.
• We do require that authorization be obtained for the return of any goods, defective or otherwise.
o To obtain a return authorization number, contact our sales staff by phone (800-243-5033, 508-459-6054) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
o When making returns, please include account number, return authorization number, as well as the return address and contact information
• Original shipping charges cannot be reimbursed.
o Return shipping costs are the customers' responsibility unless the item is damaged by UPS/USPS.
o In the case of a shipping error on our part, we will ship out the correct items to the customer at no additional charge.
• If a shipment must be stopped or redirected or is refused as an error by the customer, the customer will be charged an additional fee of $10.00 ("Free Shipping" orders will also be charged this fee).
• All returned products must be unused and in the original packaging plus all documentation, parts, and accessories must be included.
o Racquets must have the plastic wrap on the handle and free from signs of use (e.g. scrapes on bumper guards, ball fuzz on strings, etc.)
o Apparel cannot be washed or worn and must have tags still attached.
o If there is any indication that the item has been used it will be returned to the customer and all associated costs will be the customers' responsibility.
• A refund, credit or replacement of returned goods will be made up receipt of goods to NRC Sports.
• Please allow 10-14 days to fully process all returns/exchanges.
Manufacturer Warrant Issues
If the life of your purchase does not match that of the manufacturer's covered by warranty, please contact us and we will be happy to handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer for you (Sorry, travel/freight cost to return cannot be reimbursed). See above instructions for making returns.

The information you provide while placing your online order, including your credit card number, is secure. We do not sell or share any information about our customers with any other party(s). All information provided for order processing, including credit card information, is accessed only by our staff, for the purpose of order processing.
We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt when all items ordered are in stock and available. For orders in which one or more items are unavailable at the time of ordering, we will ship all available items and backorder remainder, unless otherwise specified. We will only charge your credit card for items shipped. FREE SHIPPING OFFER on selected items: Continental U.S. ground shipping only. If an item must be backordered: If one or more of the items requested must be backordered, we will notify you as soon as we are aware. All backordered items will be shipped at NO ADDITIONAL freight charge to you. You credit card will be charged for only the backordered items shipped.
